ON THE DAY SET UP AND COORDINATION

So, you have all of your suppliers booked and all décor hired or bought for your event. However, you would prefer a professional set up and coordinate, rather than having to do it yourself, or asking friends, and family. Well, you have come to the right place; we would love to help.

The Age in Lights team will dress your chosen venue on the day of your event, leaving you to savour every minute of your special day with friends and family, without the stress of decorating your venue! We will also manage and oversee all suppliers on the day.

Our professional and friendly team have extremely high standards and will bring your vision to life in a timely manner. Please see below for our on the day set up and coordination service.

OUR SERVICE INCLUDES:

An initial no obligation telephone consultation
Review of your supplier’s set up timeline and recommendations on time changes where needed
A meeting at your chosen venue 4-6 weeks prior to your event to discuss set up
Meeting in person or telephone conversation with the manager at your venue
Oversee all suppliers on the day
We will contact all your suppliers 2-4 weeks before your event to give our contact information (to save you fielding phone calls on the day)
Point of contact on the day for the venue and suppliers
Set up and styling of your own purchased items as per your plan
Use of our ’emergency kit’ filled with essential items to help with any unforeseen happenings that may arise on the day
This service includes unlimited email and telephone conversations
Up to 3.5 hours of set-up and coordination at your venue

FURTHER SERVICES CAN BE ADDED FOR A SUPPLEMENTARY FEE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Decor and design help
Extended hours by our Event Manager
Extra person for set up, styling and coordination (This can be extremely helpful for larger events)
Collection of your venue dressing items the day before the event
Return of your items the day after the event
