Event Set Up Service

Are you using a village hall, pub, sports club, marquee, or hosting a party at home? We are here to help and can offer our event set up service across the South-East.

Our event set up service is perfect for clients who have bought or sourced their own celebration decor. Our team will dress your chosen venue on the day of your event, leaving you to savour every minute of your special day with friends and family, without the stress of decorating your venue!

The Age in Lights team can style and dress all areas of the venue both indoors and outdoors. We will style the venue with your items and can also offer an assortment of our props for hire too. We can do whatever is required on the day, from setting up indoor and outdoor décor to dressing tables and chairs. You say what you would like us to do and we will do it!

This service would usually be on the morning of the event. However, we will work around you and your venue timings.

We pride ourselves on being a friendly, fun and approachable team and always offer a high level of customer service to bring your vision to life.

EVENT SET UP SERVICE INCLUDES:

An initial no obligation telephone consultation
A meeting at your chosen venue at least 4-6 weeks prior to your event to discuss set up
Meeting in person or telephone conversation with the venue (if required)
Set up and styling of your own purchased items as per your plan.
Use of our ’emergency kit’ filled with essential items to help with any unforeseen happenings that may arise on the day
Unlimited email and telephone conversations
Set up, styling and coordination at your venue by one or two Coordinators

FURTHER SERVICES CAN BE ADDED FOR A SUPPLEMENTARY FEE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Decor and design help
Hired venue styling items
Extra person for set up, styling and coordination (This can be extremely helpful for larger events)
Collection of your purchased decorations the day before the event
Take down and safe return of your purchased items the day after your event
